Monday acquired its enormously
popular applicationInstagram for 1 billion dollars, a combination of
value 'chash' andshares.
The head of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg announced the acquisition, on Monday via a post in his Timeline-n.

The acquisition is expected to close today by bringing staff of ninepeople available to social network Facebook.
"For years
we concentrated on building a better experience for the distribution of
photos of you and your family and friends,"Zuckerberg said in his
post. "Now we will be able to work closelywith staff of Instagram,
which also offers amazing experiences forsharing your pictures with
people with similar interests, via mobile."
Instagram was
published for the first time the platform iOS, in October 2010 and
subsequently in the version for Android mobile phones. The
application had a great popullatitet and
today countsabout 30 million users. "We do not plan
to change many of the app,maybe nothing," said Zuckerberg. "But by
providing users a betterexperience for the distribution of photographs,
one reason why so many people love Facebook, thought it would be worth
trying to unifyboth these companies."
